Much like a soundless hurricane, a technical revolution unprecedented in the history of mankind is turning our daily lives upside down. Never before have new technologies affected human behaviour to such an extent, altered our communication methods radically, magnified our desire for functionality, shifted our emotional references, and defined our work.
How can we influence this digital revolution in a way that everybody becomes part of it? How can we shape it so that it does not turn against people’s freedom and autonomy? Munich Creative Business Week (MCBW), 4 – 12 March 2017, will illustrate the role of design in this Smart Revolution. Representatives of the creative and corporate sector from around the world will gather for a cross-discipline dialogue at the largest design event in Germany.
The main topics will be: Smart People, Smart City, Smart Economy, Smart Objects and Smart Brands.
